Immersive Arts Lab 8 – ‘Adventures in the Metaverse’ – A Virtual Conference

For the past 9 Months Future Artists has not been able to run any live events, be it History of Videos Games or our Immersive Arts Lab due to Covid-19 (More info here on the Immersive Arts Lab Facebook Group)

But in January 2021 – Future Artists partnered with Hopin.com, a technology start up which brings the conference format of ‘Main Stage, ‘Breakout rooms’, ‘Networking’, ‘Small group talks’ and other typical conference conventions to a simple easy to use app and desktop experience, and so we decided to innovate with this medium and launch our own virtual ticketed event.
